1. Appointment Booking, Cancellations, and No-Shows
By scheduling a styling or treatment session through our website booking portal or phone line, you explicitly agree to the following operational constraints:
Cancellation/Rescheduling Window: Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled slot. Failure to notify inside this window may result in a cancellation penalty or the forfeiture of booking deposits.
Late Arrival Grace Period: If a client arrives more than 15 minutes past their designated time slot, Spin Salon reserves the absolute right to either shorten the service runtime or reschedule the appointment entirely to prevent operational delays for subsequent clients.
No-Show Rule: Repeated failure to attend scheduled sessions without prior notification will result in the permanent suspension of automated online booking privileges across our platforms.
2. Chemical Treatments and Mandatory Client Disclosure
Spin Salon offers highly specialized aesthetic, chemical, and beauty procedures, including but not limited to hair coloring, perming, chemical straightening, keratin treatments, and intensive skincare regimens.
Mandatory Health Disclosure: It is the sole responsibility of the client to explicitly communicate any known skin sensitivities, deep scalp conditions, extensive product allergies, prior chemical applications, or current medical considerations to the salon technician before any treatment begins.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spin Salon, its management, and staff shall not be held legally liable for any unforeseen adverse biological reactions, skin irritations, scalp flares, or hair variations that manifest from standard chemical applications if the client failed to provide a comprehensive health history or if the outcome falls within common variance of standard chemical applications.
3. Pricing, Payments, and Service Adjustments
Pricing Modifications: All baseline prices listed on our website or digital rate cards are subject to change based on hair length, density, texture, and additional material consumption during customized styling. Final quotes are confirmed on-site prior to service execution.
Payment Terms: All transactions must be settled immediately upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and verified UPI payment gateways.
Satisfaction Window: If you are completely unsatisfied with a styling outcome, you must notify the on-site salon manager before leaving the premises. Spin Salon will evaluate adjustments on a case-by-case basis. No monetary refunds are issued once services are rendered.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise explicitly stated, Spin Salon and/or its licensors own the exclusive intellectual property rights for all material, high-resolution lifestyle imagery, logos, textual content, graphics, and layout designs across this website. 5. Right to Refuse Service

Abusive, discriminatory, or aggressive language.

Our online portal utilizes third-party software tools for appointment automation, calendar syncing, and processing digital billing. Spin Salon is not responsible for any unexpected technical glitches, data lag, or policies governed by these independent external service portals.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws of our operating region, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the regional courts for the resolution of any legal disputes.
